The Russett Learning Trust and Governors wish to appoint enthusiastic suitably qualified Grade 4 and Grade 6 Teaching Assistants who are caring, flexible and well organised to work with children and young people.

The Russett School is an all aged (2 – 19) special academy providing outstanding education for pupils and young people with, Severe Learning Difficulties, Speech and Language Difficulties and Complex Needs.

This is an outstanding opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are suitably qualified and experienced with passion and drive to make a difference for pupils and young people with SEN. The Trust is committed to supporting and developing staff through ongoing career development.

Please note that there are various opportunities available at the academy for Teaching Assistants working 38 weeks term time only on 30 hour permanent contracts for the Grade 4 positions and working 39 weeks on a 32.5 hour permanent contracts for the Grade 6 positions.
