Testimonials

"Having started at the Russett School as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, I have been supported to fulfil my aspirations of first becoming a Teacher and now a Middle Leader for Post 16. I have been able to successfully gain QTS and NPQML with full support of the academy and my mentors."

Craig Williams

"I started at the academy as a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant and quickly realised that I wanted to pursue a career in teaching. I have been closely supported by the Senior Leadership Team to gain QTS which has allowed me to do this. I have since moved in middle leadership and I am looking forward to starting my NPQML next year."
