Location: The Russett School, Middlehurst Avenue, Weaverham, Northwich, Cheshire CW8 3BW.

Contract: Temporary

Work Pattern: Part Time/Term Time 38 weeks per year.

Hours: 32.5 Hours

The Russett Learning Trust and Governors wish to appoint enthusiastic suitably qualified Grade 4 Teaching Assistants who are caring, flexible and well organised to work with children and young people.

The Russett School is an all aged (2 – 19) special academy rated outstanding by OFSTED which provides outstanding education for pupils and young people with, Severe Learning Difficulties, Speech and Language Difficulties and Complex Needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for Teaching Assistants who are suitably qualified and experienced with passion and drive to make a difference for pupils and young people with SEN. The Trust is committed to supporting and developing staff through excellent training, extensive CPD and ongoing career development opportunities. Staff wellbeing is important to us and all staff have access to support from the Schools Advisory Service which includes a free annual health check and access to many other services including physiotherapy and counselling. We also provide onsite wellbeing activities such as yoga.

We wish to appoint someone who:
